Retail codes are Roblox codes you buy in a physical or online retailer and redeem online for Robux, the virtual currency on Roblox. Whatever type of retail code you have, you redeem it the same way: in a web browser at roblox.test1709.icu/redeem.
This page covers how retail codes work, the details specific to each type, and the full terms and conditions referenced on retail code packaging.
How to redeem a retail code
Retail codes can only be redeemed in a web browser.
- Go to roblox.test1709.icu/redeem from your browser.
- Log in to your Roblox account, or create one.
- Find your PIN or code and enter it on the website.
- Spend your Robux in games or on virtual items.
Robux are added to the account that is logged in when the code is redeemed. Make sure you're signed in to the right account before you redeem.

Troubleshooting
My code won't work.
Check that you entered every character correctly and that you're on roblox.test1709.icu/redeem in a browser — not the app or a console.
My code says it's already been redeemed.
The Robux may have been added to a different account. Check the balance on any other accounts you use. If the code was still sealed and untampered with when you bought it, contact Roblox Support with your receipt and the code.
Terms and conditions
These terms apply to all Roblox retail codes, including Mini Packs and Party Packs.
- Sales tax is applicable in select states.
- No returns and no refunds.
- Keep your receipt. It can help if you have an issue with a code.
By purchasing any Roblox retail code product or redeeming any code, you or your parent or guardian agree to these terms and the Roblox Terms of Use at roblox.test1709.icu (see roblox.test1709.icu/termsofuse), both of which are subject to change. Roblox retail code products are not refundable, and the codes and Robux are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law. Robux coins are not gift cards. The complete terms and conditions, including the arbitration agreement and class action waiver, are in the Roblox Terms of Use.
