Why Am I Seeing Grey Block Characters?
If you're seeing characters rendered as grey blocks, this is most likely related to regional content availability. In certain regions, specific avatar items may be unavailable due to local requirements regarding avatar clothing, accessories, and other items. When this happens, Roblox replaces the whole avatar with the grey block appearance to ensure that avatar content meets the requirements for your region.
What If It's Happening to My Own Character?
If your own avatar is showing up as a grey block, try to equip or unequip any item via avatar editor: this should remove any restricted items.
